What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards as well, as Cash on delivery and PayTM Wallet.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by sending us an email to help@hocopoco.com. If your order has been shipped, then you can accept the order and send it back to us for a refund.

What do i do if my order is missing?
If there are items missing from your order or wrong items got delivered to you, simply drop us an email at hello@hocopoco.com and we will contact you to resolve the issue.

What is your returns policy?
Our Policy lasts 14 days. If you wish to return your item within the time frame, you can email us on hello@hocopoco.com or initiate a return from the Returns Page.

How do I return an item to you?

Will my shipping costs be refunded?
Shipping costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty

Are you getting more stock in?
Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worth checking back.

I purchased a product and it's now gone into sale, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.

Why was my discount code not accepted?
Discount codes are only valid on certain items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or promotional offer. If you are still having problems with using your code please email our customer service team on hello@hocopoco.com

How long does it take for a case to arrive?
Shipping time depends on where you live. We ship all orders within 48-72 hours and they are delivered within 5-7 working days.

There is something wrong with the product I receive, what do I do?
Please just send us a message and we'll find a solution that suits you the most.

Can you customise my phone case?
Yes, of course! If you would like to change something or add something to a design just send us a message and we'll work together until you get the phone case you've always dreamed of :)

I have not received my order yet, what do I do?
Don't panic, just send us a message and we'll find out what happened and where is your order.

Will I be able to tracking my package with a tracking number?
Yes, once you order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information via Email.

Will the design fade or peel off after months of usage?
Nope :) We use the best technology to make our phone cases, so designs won't fade off or peel off even after years of usage. You don't have to worry!
